An important part of “PETRINO” is the traditional tavern, which is open from the morning hours till the late evening. In the tavern, we serve coffee, drinks and food. Our dishes are cooked with traditional recipes using biologically grown products that come from our animal-breeding unit.
Mrs. Anna – the “soul” of “Petrino” - makes many delicious dishes, like cheese-rolls, dough made bread (traditionally kneaded), traditional country pies, rooster meat, dishes with casserole-cooked food, and local sweets.
